Jacob's baseball team is tearing it up and has won three games in a row. They won 17 - 11 tonight. With this win, they are now unbeaten in their last four games.
It was an interesting game. The other team's coach was very vocal and took every opportunity to yell at his players, his team's fans, and some unruly kids playing field side. (We hope the children he was yelling at were his own!) I thought we might see some fisticuff action when he was yelling at his parents and fans. After they were yelled at by the coach, some of the younger boys who were running around tried to convince Ben to put a rock in the restroom toilet. Luckily I intervened before any damage was done.

to answer your ?....
andrew is on the barrington rec dept soccer team.
there is a nottingham soccer for the fall for 5yo but if we do that, andrew will be on the 3 and 4yo team (and last year that was at 8am...we dont do again if that is the case this year). barrington's is just for the summer now but i am going to see if they have a fall league if he likes it and if nott's is at a bad time.
we did sign aj up for the british soccer camp in nottingham though which is one week in july every day (barr also has this and it's at a better time...wish i had known!)
That was a crazy game!I had my car keys ready for a quick escape!haha! It was a little uncalled for. When I heard that lady yell "he just pushed him, push him back"! I was kind of afraid for our team and their families!haha!
