George and Jacob ran in our town's annual 5K road race. Jacob joined the school's cross country team this year and had been running this summer to get ready. It was Jacob's idea to run the 5K road race and we convinced George to run with him.
And...they did great! Jacob placed 3rd in his age group and finished the race in less than 25 minutes. Jacob wants to run in another race now - maybe the UNH Homecoming 5K.
